Manta Rays

During winter in the southern hemisphere, manta rays swim in from the edge of the continental shelf off the Great Barrier Reef to be cleaned of parasites by fish that live on coral bommies. About 10% are predominantly black due to melanin in their skin. Produced by David Parer & Elizabeth Parer-Cook.
